What happens during setup?
We learn your business, configure your AI employees with your approved info and scripts, test everything, then launch — usually within two weeks of receiving your materials.
Can the AI answer questions about my business?
Yes — from the business information you approve during setup. Every voice agent identifies itself as your business’s AI assistant, and it never invents answers outside its approved knowledge.
What happens when a caller needs a real person?
The AI captures their information and arranges follow-up according to your process — or routes the call to you. Your choice.
How do minutes and overages work?
Voice minutes are shared across your voice agents each month: Solo 200, Team 400, Full Team 600. The Sales Assistant is software and uses no voice minutes. Extra minutes are $0.35 each, and we warn you before you go over.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Billing is month-to-month with no annual commitment. Change plans or cancel anytime — service runs through the end of your billing cycle.
Does the screener decide who gets hired?
No. The AI Applicant Screener runs preliminary screening calls with your questions and delivers organized summaries for your review. It never conducts formal interviews or makes hiring decisions — those stay yours.
Can I start with one employee and add the others later?
Yes. Start with Solo — one AI employee, your choice — and move up to Team or Full Team when you’re ready. Billing is month-to-month with no annual commitment, and you can change plans anytime.
Does the Sales Assistant use my voice minutes?
No. The Sales Assistant is software, not a voice agent, and uses no voice minutes. Minutes are shared across your voice agents each month: Solo 200, Team 400, Full Team 600.
